The Awards with a Difference - BIMA Advance

Most awards celebrate what you do. But four of the BIMA Advance Awards are very different – because they’re about celebrating not only what you do, but who you are.

Winning them doesn’t have to be about a specific project you’ve run or KPIs you’ve achieved. There may be no end ‘product’. Your clients may be entirely unaware of your achievement. But if you’ve introduced new, innovative ways of working, and if you’ve made an impact in the following fields, enter the awards:

Inclusion & Diversity

If your organisation has put inclusivity at the top of its agenda. If you’ve changed the way you operate to create a more diverse workforce or shown a commitment to diversity at all levels of the business, now’s the time to shout about it.

Startup of the Year

Have you disrupted your sector with a new and innovative product or service? If your business first opened its doors in the last two years, discover the PR, recognition and business boost you get from being shortlisted for this Advance Award.

Talent

Rather than recognising the talent you display, this Advance Award recognises the way you attract and retain it. If you’ve taken a new approach to unearthing or nurturing digital talent. If you have novel ways of attracting brilliant people, or you take an innovative approach to ensuring they stay with you, this award is for you.

Business of the Year

Industrial impact, commercial growth, social benefit: we don’t all define the success of our businesses in the same way. That’s why there’s no single type of digital company that could win the BIMA Advance Award for Business of the Year. But if you’ve pushed the boundaries to develop, innovate and grow, you’re in with a shout.
