Exploring Consumer Attitudes Towards Estate Agents
It is an unfortunate truth that the property industry suffers from a poor reputation, but things don’t always have to be this way. Understanding what your customers want, need and what their pain points are is vital for improving your own services. For this report, we surveyed 1,152 UK buyers, sellers, landlords and renters to explore what consumers want from estate agents, what influences their choices and what changes they’d like to see made within the industry.
