383's clients include Hilton Worldwide, Jaguar Land Rover, Carillion, London Midland, Nuffield Health and HomeServe.

Over the last decade the results 383 have delivered with their clients have been recognised by some of the most coveted awards and media outlets including the BIMA awards, the DADI awards, the DEA awards, D&AD as well as in Forbes, The Guardian and CNBC.

383 are also a well established member of the RAR and were included in the 2016 Econsultancy Top 100 league table as a "One to Watch"​ and The Drum's Independent Agencies Census 2016 league table.
