- Business case template. Building on the summary of the benefits of a fit-for-purpose marketing cloud solution contained in the overview document, this Word document provides more detailed information about a range of cloud benefits, and some high-level stats to help make the case for investment internally. We have also outlined some of the key trends that are continuing to drive growth of this technology.
- Request for proposal (RFP) template. The RFP is the cornerstone of the vendor selection process. As with the business case template, we have provided this document in Word format, so you can easily adapt it for your own requirements. The template contains the headings and sub-headings you need for your own marketing cloud RFP, including brief descriptions of what should go in each section.
