Health & Beauty Industry Panel

Health & Beauty Industry Panel

For the Health & Beauty industry, the rules of customer engagement are changing rapidly. In-store purchases have traditionally been the major component of sales – but physical shopping was decimated by the outbreak of coronavirus and subsequent lockdowns.

On the other hand, online shopping activity has been steadily increasing for a decade, encouraged by better digital experiences delivered by brands and retailers alike – and the pandemic has only accelerated this trend.

There is little clarity around when retail will return to normal, and what that normal will look like. For a sector as responsive and fast-moving as Health & Beauty, what opportunities for customer interaction can be found in the uncertainty?

In partnership with Raconteur, Bazaarvoice is delighted to host this live panel discussion, focused on the future of customer engagement in a digital world. Together they are gathering an audience of ecommerce and marketing professionals across Health & Beauty to listen to expert insights about the future of their sector.
