RetailTechSummit (RTS) London is a one-day conference focused on the biggest technology and data issues affecting the retail tech sector. It will provide a forum for data, e-commerce, and operational professionals, working in retail technology to discuss the biggest industry trends and issues.

RetailTechNews’ inaugural RetailTechSummit (RTS) is coming to London on 17th July. Bringing together retailers from across the industry, it will provide a forum for data, e-commerce, and operational professionals to discuss the biggest industry trends and issues.
Technology is affecting all aspects of retail, and RTS London will offer unique insight from some of the UK’s top retailers and brands about how they are dealing with this change and harnessing the new opportunities. 
From competing with Amazon and optimising your mobile experience, to building new revenue models around data and maintaining a luxury experience online, RTS will dive deep into the issues and opportunities facing today’s retailers.

He began his career with Yahoo back in 2003, handling some of their largest clients such as eBay. He joined Havas Digital as Account Director where he managed the Digital Media for Expedia and Hotels.com. Brian was also involved in the creation of the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising’s first Search Marketing group. He joined Mediacom in 2008, launching their digital offering in Ireland as Head of Digital. In 2012, Brian joined Mindshare Worldwide as Global Managing Partner, focusing on ensuring both regional and global clients had consistently excellent digital media in place across all markets. As Global Client Partner in Dentsu Aegis, Brian was the EMEA lead on the Microsoft account.

Isabelle works with the agency’s clients to define and deploy marketing and business transformation agendas - so brands deliver effective and meaningful connections with consumers at the right ROI. She has over 17 years’ experience as a digital marketer, spanning both agency and client side across digital media, content marketing, social media, web development, site conversion and usability, data management and technology strategy. Prior to her tenure at Starcom, Isabelle worked for digital marketing specialist iProspect - part of the Dentsu Aegis Network - where she led operations and product development and transformed the growth of the agency’s SEO, Social, Data and Technology divisions. Earlier in her career, Isabelle held roles on the client side at leading brands including Tesco and T-Mobile.

Successes over the past few years include driving a 110% Home Online revenue growth over 5 years, leading the team through the implementation of the JL.com responsive site (2018), major re-platform & subsequent upgrade (2016), internal search tool implementation & upgrades, multiple tool enhancements, continuous improvements to ways of working & productivity.

He has also helped to implement a test and learn approach of continuous optimisation across direct marketing channels and the website.
