Ryan co-founded Nice Agency alongside Peter Dolukhanov in 2009. Nice’s success and first-class work led to an acquisition by Karmarama in 2014. Ryan shares his time as Managing Director of Nice with being Managing Partner, Digital Platforms for Karmarama - where he supports clients in understanding best practices around digital platforms. At Nice Agency, Ryan leads the product strategy and creative teams, delivering best-in-class applications.

Lisa-Marie Smith, Director, ForrestBrown

Lisa is a Chartered Tax Adviser and a qualified Solicitor. She was the first employee to join ForrestBrown which has now grown to a 24-strong team.

Lisa is a highly experienced R&D tax specialist, and has successfully recouped millions of pounds in R&D tax credits for ForrestBrown's digital clients. Her extensive experience advising businesses on corporate tax matters makes her ideally placed to provide strategic advice to her clients.
