Last year we ran the DL fireside chat on leadership. We brought together agency, corporate and military figures to discuss the nature of leadership itself. The second Digital Leaders fireside chat focuses on the subject of strategy. Understanding how to create strategy and how to be effective in passing this down to the business is a key leadership skill.
We've brought together three varied and excellent speakers for this edition of our successful talk show format.
We will be looking at:
- What strategy is and why you need to consider it
- Where does strategy come from – what are the inputs
- How do you go about creating a strategy
- What you need to do to pas sit into your teams and organisations
If you're a leader or aspire to leadership, this is an evening you should not miss.
