Since 1999 Simon has worked with digital technology in client and agency roles to deliver lasting transformational change in areas including marketing, e-commerce, business systems, publishing, customer service and internal communications. Professionally qualified in marketing, public relations and change management, he has been awarded Chartered Marketer status by the Chartered Institute of Marketing and Accredited Practitioner status by the Chartered Institute of Public Relations. He's also an APMG accredited Change Management Practitioner. In 2013 he was recognised in the top 100 UK Digital Leaders National Awards. He is also a fellow of the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce.
