She has dedicated her time to learning from her superiors and colleagues with more experience than her. Marise has a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences so communicating with clients and her colleagues is not an obstacle but a task she enjoys. Marise has the skills to communicate effectively because she is required to craft messages that connect with the press, customers, colleagues and target audience. She is a wonderful speaker and has an excellent writing skills since high school. In addition, she is able to manage multiple tasks given by her superiors. Her ability to complete her tasks shows her skills in organising her tasks, analysing the important tasks and completing them simultaneously and separately.
