Although the mediums have changed over the year to modern day weapons like Wordpress, Google Adwords, email campaigns, Google Analytics, Hub Spot, Marketo or Magestic SEM content analysis, the good-old fashion concept of knowing and listening to your customer and understanding clients has NEVER changed. My goal is to always keep the customer in mind in ANY communication project I take on. I believe we are ALL communications specialists, regardless of our job title.
