Previous Experience

My latest company assignment has been CMO and Marketing SVP at the Vitec Group Imaging Division - a global leader in Photographic accessories. My responsibilities included product marketing, communication, social media, trade marketing and e-commerce. Lately, R&D was also added to the role. In Vitec, with the Manfrotto brand, I leveraged my skills and my enthusiasm for Marketing as a the heart and the engine of a company, creating an outstanding team, a host of new products that photographers around the world love, and a strong relationship with passionate and professional customers through social media and ambassadors programs. My Vitec position followed 4 years as Marketing consultant and professor, and 20+ years in P&G and in Barilla - where I achieved results on new products development and innovation, product marketing, brands positioning, new business projects and organizations - in Europe and the US.
