Jenna Tiffany is the Lead Digital Marketing Strategist at Communicator, having joined the team in 2014. With over seven years’ experience in digital marketing, Jenna has worked across a number of sectors within B2B and B2C, including travel and retail, providing strategy to recognised high street brands.
Her experience includes developing and implementing digital strategies across a number of disciplines including email, ecommerce, website development, social media, search, PPC and SEO to drive optimum ROI.
At Communicator, Jenna helps clients optimise their marketing strategies and tactics. Jenna has experience across all marketing channels. Having walked in marketers’ shoes, she has been in their position and can relate to their challenges. She also has expertise in teaching and providing best practice guidance through workshops, thought leadership and opinion-based articles. Jenna is also a Member of the CIM North East Regional Board and a hub member of the DMA Email Council.
Jenna holds a BA Honours in Business, Management and Marketing from the University of Sunderland. She also has a CIM Professional Diploma in Marketing from Newcastle College.
