Gemma is an experienced Digital Marketing Professional working for Fáilte Ireland, the National Tourism Development Authority in Ireland. Gemma is the editor of an email newsletter for the Tourism Industry entitled the ‘Digital Alert’ which notifies the Industry of the latest developments and trends in Digital Marketing. Gemma blogs regularly on topics related to Social Media and Digital Marketing. Gemma is also a member of Toastmasters International, and until recently, she also blogged on behalf of her local Toastmasters Club, Vox Populi, in relation to public speaking and presentation skills. She also managed the WordPress powered website for the club and was responsible for updating the club Facebook page as part of her role as Vice President of PR for the club. Gemma is also experienced in Event Management and worked for a number of years as a Conference Producer in Amsterdam. Gemma has studied Digital Marketing & Web design and is currently pursuing a Specialist Diploma in Social Media.
