Brian Beck is an energetic business executive with more than 20 years of experience and a focus on Ecommerce strategy and execution. He advises multi-channel retailers and branded manufacturers on developing and implementing Omni-Channel strategies, and currently serves as SVP and Strategy Practice Lead for Guidance. Previously, he was the Interim VP of Ecommerce at Pacific Sunwear of California. Other recent clients include Charming Charlie, Epson, Harry & David, Five Below, Teleflora, Sole Society, Pam & Gela, Brasseler, Magellan's, and Johnny Was, among others. Previously, he served as VP Ecommerce at Harbor Freight, a discount tools retailer with more than 650 stores throughout the US. In this role, he led efforts to launch a new web site, built traffic by over 150%, built a team of Ecommerce professionals, and drove explosive revenue growth. Earlier, he was COO of, the online retail industry's leading provider of quick turnaround custom printed products with over $70 million in annual sales. He also served as COO at Costume Super Center, the industry's fastest growing internet retailer of costumes, where he led efforts which increased year-over-year revenues by 90%. Previously, he was the CEO of Broadspan Commerce, an online retailer of home furnishings, where he led the firm to industry prominence over 5 years, including Internet Retailer Top 500 and Inc. Magazine's Inc. 500 honors. Brian's early career included Ecommerce consulting at Scient Corp. and Corporate Strategy / M&A work at AT&T. Brian holds an MBA and BA, both from Rutgers University. He is a 2006 NJBiz Forty Under 40 winner, honoring the top forty New Jersey business people under 40 years old.
