James maintains the delivery of high quality output from the studio, focuses on providing value for money for clients, and makes sure there is always resource available to deliver on short deadlines.
He plays a vital role in nurturing and retaining Xigen’s clients, which include Epson, Oxfam and the National House Building Council.
James loves digesting technically complex projects, breaking them down into practical solutions and delivering against demanding deadlines. He’s passionate about working on new projects and helping the team expand their skills, whilst keeping the agency abreast of the latest technologies and methodologies.
