David has over 10 years of HR and Recruitment experience, 8 years of which has been spent in a niche consultancy delivering innovative sourcing solutions for IT & technology roles in high-end professional services firms. David has experience developing and running managed service solutions for some of the world’s leading law firms, as well as carrying out project recruitment, recruitment practice consulting, classic contingency work. David’s early career began in recruitment and training for high end hospitality clients. This service focussed background, combined with a passion for technology gives him a solid platform to understand and meet the needs and expectations of clients and candidates alike. David joins the 33 Talent team as the lead for Digital and Data recruitment in the UK and Europe. He covers roles such as Digital Marketing, Web Marketing, Account & Project Management, Programmatic Trader, and RTB Account Manager.
