My experience in Marketing, Advertising and Administration Service is broad. My knowledge and skills span from multimedia communication include graphic design for print and web media, as well as account management, consumer support and financial reconciliation. I also have extensive experience in copy writing and editing, photography, product promotion and strategic planning. My familiarity with several design, layout and office programs and equipment spans both Windows and Macintosh platforms and operating systems. And don't forget the animals. I was a Practice Manager for multiple pet hospitals over the last 4+ years. Responsibilities included hiring and staffing, training, scheduling, cost of goods/inventory management, answering client questions about illness, treatment and preventative care. Aid with pet restraint, TPR, vaccines, surgical monitoring, x-rays, diagnostic testing and help ensure all safety protocol and procedures are followed meeting not only hospital guidelines but State, Federal and OSHA regulations. I have also completed Vet Tech school and have passed the VTNE. I am currently licensed as an RVT in the State of California.
