Sometimes, certain regulations require you to send a legal disclaimer with every email. The disclaimer may include confidentiality or copyrights to certain information in the email. Including a legal disclaimer in email signature means that you don’t have to add it with every email you send.

Include the Basics:

Make sure your email signature doesn’t miss any of the basics. It should include the company’s name, your position, phone number, website URL, and business logo. You can also include a picture, links to social media platforms and any legal disclaimer but make sure you don’t overload it with text or links.
