How To Write A Blog Post That Brings Visitors

Here are the best tips for writing a good blog post.

A blog is a great place to begin in the web content creation industry. The more you write, the more it gets rewarding. The better the content you create, the more visitors you get. The more visitors you get, the more you can monetize your blog. However, is there a formula to the perfect blog post? Some blogs receive thousands of views every single day and some fail to get even a single in the whole month. What do you think these blogs do differently?

Follow these tips to make sure that your content is a top-notch quality that does not fail to receive views.

Optimize your keyword density

Before writing a blog post, you need a topic. And your topic should always be based on your keyword research. You don’t want to be writing on a topic that nobody is searching. This means that you want to make sure that you have done your keyword research. But at the same time, you want to optimize keyword density in your content. This means that for every 100 words you write, your keyword should appear 2 to 3 times. That is a keyword density of 2 to 3 percent. If your keyword density is too low, it does not communicate to Google that your content is relevant to that keyword. On the other hand, a high keyword density is an indication of spam content.

Say no to plagiarism

Plagiarism in web content creation industry is when a blog copies the content of another blog without their permission or without giving them proper credits. This is not only unhealthy for your SEO but it is also highly unethical for a blog. If your content is plagiarized, sooner or later it is going to be penalized by Google. Avoid plagiarism at any and all costs. When you can do to ensure that you don’t have any plagiarized content on your website is to make sure that you use a plagiarism checker before publishing any blog to see if there is any content that shares the same information as yours on the web.

Keep your grammar on point

You can have the greatest piece of a blog post in the whole wide world, but if your visitors open it and find grammatical errors in it, it all goes downhill from there. This is because where ideas show the research of a writer, grammar shows the credibility of a writer. This does not mean that if there are a few grammatical errors in a blog post, the writer is illiterate or something. It just shows that the blog owner did not take out the time to proofread that content. So grammar should always be on point. One way to ensure proper grammar is to make sure that you use a grammar checker tool. It should be available online for free and will be a ton of help.

Write unique content

Today, you will rarely ever find a subject that the web has not created content on. This means that there is already a ton of content on the topics that you are trying to write on. How can your content be ranked if there are masterpieces out there already? You can up your rankings by adding elements in your content that are not part of the content that is already published. What this means is that as part of your research process, you want to make sure that you read the first few articles on the topic you are writing on. Note down any points that you think are missing in that blog post. Now emphasize these points in your content.

Use graphics

As times are changing, more and more blogs feel the need to incorporate graphical content in their blogs. This is because images add more context to your content. It adds further sense. This means that the use of imagery is important. Infographics can be great as well if you want to grab people’s attention.
