Perseverance, willpower, sense of humour.

What's the biggest lesson you've learnt in your working life?

You can never say ‘that’s not part of my job’. I learnt that when I was quite young and it has been the best working lesson.

What has been your best idea yet?

What advice have you been given that made a difference?

Everyone is creative and creativity can be trained. This has changed my perspective on innovation and how we can be innovative and creative in every single aspect of life.

Getting to know different people from all over the world and having the opportunity to help innovative businesses with their digital strategy.

What career path would you advise your children to follow?

If I had children of my own I would advise them to be good people, respect others for who they are, no matter where they come from, and bring that to every aspect of their lives. I’m sure this way of thinking would lead to success in any working career.
