It's not marketing to your target audience that is difficult - it's often the internal marketing necessary to obtain agreement among division executives that is the biggest hurdle.

Truly helping those who benefit from the products or services of the organization must be the top desire of all participants. The flow of gathering and utilizing data and determining how each division will contribute to the success of the mission is what naturally follows.
For this to happen, senior executives will encourage the spark of ideas from any and all sources and the division executives and staff will sort them on merit rather than preferred sources.
