Content Marketing Tools That Actually Boost Engagement

If you want people to engage and interact with your material, it needs to come to life.

It’s not enough to create content and publish it to your site. If you want people to engage and interact with your material, it needs to come to life.

Not only do marketers and businesses need to make sure they write about topics that will trend, but the articles themselves need to encourage people to fully read, take some kind of action, or share.

These tools are intended to do just that - boost engagement!

1 - Buzzsumo - Find trending content. If you have a general topic in mind, enter it into Buzzsumo. This shows successful articles related to that topic so you know that it’ll trend.

2 - HubSpot’s Blog Topic Generator - Fill in their form with three nouns that you want to blog about. They then generate different article ideas for you:

3 - LICEcap - Turn a screenshot into an awesome GIF that catches people attention and encourages them to stay on your page.

4 - Import.io - Create visual lists based off of information and data from a webpage. People love data and stats, but more importantly, people love visuals. This is the perfect combination between the two.

5 - Click To Tweet - Enter a message in your blog that people can directly tweet from your page. This encourages visitors to share your material directly in their social media:

6 - Disqus - Keep track of user comments so you don’t miss a single post from a potential customer
