To understand how the shopper experience is evolving, we studied how consumers engage with more than 5,700 brand and retail websites in the Bazaarvoice Network. We also surveyed more than 400 of our brand and retail clients to find out what they’re focused on and investing in over the next two years — then we surveyed more than 2,000 consumers in the US, UK, France and Germany to discover what shoppers today expect and want.
