As part of my role, I am a member of many industry organizations, some at the board level. Earlier this year I attended the Email Experience Council’s annual conference where some interesting information for email marketers was shared. One of the key themes that came out of the event was deliverability, and which led me to write this piece to dispel some myths around the subject.
