Every Finalist receives a detailed feedback report after the event, containing your scores and how you performed relative to others in your category, and we have a transparent, independent and rigorous judging process. There are 10 categories to choose from this year. Some recognise achievements in particular sectors, like banking and telecoms, and others are specific to certain applications, such as best user experience and best use of social media. There are categories for every type of organisation: large or small, public or private, B2C or B2B, as well as individual and team awards. There’s no limit to the number of categories you can enter, so take a look and see which ones are best for you!
