A veteran of large scale implementations across ecommerce and marketing David knows what success looks like and is always looking at new ways of exploiting the latest tools and technologies to create joined up, deeply personal experiences for customers..

Jon Seal, Digital Strategist, Mando
Digital strategist, speaker and part time science nerd, Jonathan has worked for more than 20 years in digital media for global brands such as TSB, Together Money, Emirates airlines, Vodafone and many others. He also sits on the board of the British Interactive Media Association (BIMA) Artificial Intelligence Think Tank.

Gary Pretty, Technical Strategist at Mando & Microsoft MVP
Gary specialises in helping enterprise organisations to improve customer experience using the Microsoft AI Platform. He has been awarded the Microsoft Most Valuable Person award in Artificial Intelligence for his work around the Microsoft Bot Framework and Cognitive Services platform.
