I help businesses and individuals define, articulate and deliver their leadership story. This is the way in which most people will understand strategy, and it is particularly important at times of change or growth. I call this StoryBuilding because it establishes the big ideas which will underpin long term narrative. The methodology is based on over twenty years of working with large companies on their communications strategy and a former life as a national reporter for the BBC, ITN and Sky News. I also chair events, lead round tables and strategy workshops and can write speeches and leadership content.
