During my three internships and studying abroad, I've gained the following set of skills: facing challenges of living and working in an international environment and dealing with different mindsets, gained deep insight in understanding customer needs and linking them to the company’s products and organizational goals, analyze monthly sale performance, organizing and coordinating bosses' and clients' meetings, coordination between company clients’ orders and company’s warehouse, work in SAP and Customer relationship manager (CRM), making long term strategies, performing matchmaking tasks with high success rate, developing new sales campaign for direct selling, cross-selling and up-selling, campaign reporting with Sales-to-sales (S2S) methods and analyzing data for better customer experience. I am highly team oriented person, with focus on managing conflict situations by being a bridge between team mates in order too manage stressful situation in the most productive way for my team. I am easily adaptable to the new and international environment.I always stay positive in stressful situations, in order to understand specific situations and react according to them by being sensitive to others.
