Tiffany founded Stimulation Ltd in 2002, a strategic social media, digital and comms consultancy helping to embed social media in businesses and build revenue-generating services for media agencies.
She is the former Head of Public Participation for the UK Government, first Comms Director of Directgov and launched Data.gov.uk. She serves Governments, Media Agencies and Global Businesses with strategic social media consultancy.
Tiffany is a founding member of the Speaker’s Advisory Council on Public Engagement is an Executive Director of the British Interactive Media Association and on the Strategic Board for Rewired State, the UK’s largest independent developers’ network. She is a Fellow of the British American Project.

Tiffany is a global social media strategist and speaker. She currently holds the posts of Global Social Media Strategist AEGON, Seven, Corporate Edge; Inaugural Training Team for Google Squared2012 UK top 100 media graduates, Social Media Trainer for Channel4, TalkTalk, The Post Office, various members of Marketing Agencies Association. She lectures on Interactive Marketing as part of the Diploma in Integrated Marketing for the Marketing Agencies Association; She is an Executive Director of the British Interactive Media Association and TED Speaker.
Tiffany was the former head of public participation for the UK Government and a strategic consultant to central UK government on communications, technology and social media for 8 years. She was the first Comms Director of Directgov, launched Data.gov.uk and was the first Head of Public Participation in any Government in 2010.
She was the strategic lead on all social media training, tools, skills and capability. Tiffany wrote first social media guidance during a general election for all civil servants and consulted other governments around the world on strategic use of social media to engage audiences. She developed the digital training strategy, designed and delivered the first social media audit of department’s digital assets and capabilities and piloted leadership seminars for behavioural change towards digital adoption for the UK, Scottish and Australian Governments.
