I have been working in the digital space since 1997 and have had the opportunity to work across industries (Telecom, Technology providers and advertising & media agencies) developing product and operations solutions across emerging digital channels (Email Marketing, Display Advertising, Mobile Marketing, Cross-Channel Analytics). My responsibilities extend to rolling out these solutions, hence having an active role in instigating Change Management across both the Client and Agency environments, in a global capacity, reaching 30-60 markets.
